Vision Optics Expands Production Capacity with New Automated Factory in Dongguan

Vision Optics Co., Limited, a leading digital camera manufacturer, announced the official operation of its new automated production base in Binhai Industrial Zone, Dongguan, Guangdong, aiming to further expand global production capacity and meet the growing market demand for high-quality imaging products.

The new factory covers an area of over 15,000 square meters, adhering to the ISO 9001 quality management system, and is equipped with 6 sets of internationally advanced fully automated assembly lines, robotic arm precision installation equipment and intelligent quality inspection systems. Compared with the original production line, the new factory has improved production efficiency by 60% and reduced the product defect rate to below 0.2%, with the monthly production capacity of digital cameras increased from 50,000 to 80,000 units.

The production base integrates raw material processing, product assembly, quality testing and packaging and delivery, realizing the full traceability of the production process through IoT real-time monitoring technology. All production processes strictly comply with environmental protection standards, and the selection of materials fully meets the RoHS certification requirements, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and environmental protection.
